As Technical Sales Manager, we are looking for a competitive Technical sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients in the Flame Retardant Additive market. As a technical sales engineer, you'll use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed. You will source new sales opportunities leveraging on your experience and reputation on the market in order to achieve quotas and targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects.
HOW WILL YOU DO IT?
You have 10 years+ technical and sales skills, ideally from best-in-class companies in the Flame Retardant Additives business of North America. You possess a proven history of successfully deploying sales projects and a very strong commercial abilities. You are a goal oriented, a self motivated, team-building, go-getter, naturally collaborative leader and a team player who is able to affect change both directly and through influence.
