THE JOB
We are looking for a Blending/Mixing Operator that will assist in setting up in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and customer requirements.
HOW WILL YOU DO IT?
- Read work orders to determine production specifications and information
- Measure material quantities and understand scales and analytical balances to ensure conformance to requirements
- Pull appropriate materials and understand lot numbers and inequity
- Maintain requested good quality production levels
- Record operational and production data on specified forms
- Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas, using moving equipment and hand tools
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Maintain production area and equipment by completing preventive maintenance and cleaning requirements
YOUR EXPERTISE
You have experience in the plastic industry and a high school diploma or equivalent. You are a team player and you are used to work with people of different origins and religions. You are autonomous, you can manage your own priorities. You are used to work following the instruction of your supervisor with good concentration skills to ensure product quality and worker safety. Last but not least, good mechanical aptitude and good math skills complete the profile.
