We are looking for the next General Manager of Tosaf - Color Service USA (formerly Adtec), manufacturer of specialty color concentrates, liquid and additive masterbatches for the injection moulding, blow moulding, film and extrusion markets.
WE EXPECT YOU TO...
... be responsible for the safety of all plant team members and contractors; including setting the vision and expectations, the implementation of corporate and business safety initiatives, the adherence to company safety expectations, and the development, execution and monitoring of plant specific safety plans and results. You will bear the responsibility for the financial performance of the plant (P&L responsibility), for the plant's staffing, operational efficiency, maintenance and cost control measures.
We expect you to effectively communicate operating plans, performance goals and expectations to plant team members. You will support the business mission and vision by modeling desired behaviors, communicating and reinforcing key messages through daily activities and interactions. You will also responsible for leading and directing the development, training, and performance of plant team members. Effectively managing the staff and maintaining an engaging workplace as long as putting in place a wise management of the physical plant assets. Last but not least, you will be accountable for capital project planning and implementation of approved projects.
You have a previous experience in Managing a manufacturing plant. You have already managed a transition phase and safety processes are for you a high priority. You have high ethical standards and commercial sales experience. Your management experience allows you to influence and lead all levels of an organization. You can evaluate and develop team memebers at all levels. You are accustomed to improving processes and constantly review workflows to achieve higher efficiency and reliability.
